Lucas toggle switch knockout?

Is there a knockout for making toggle switch holes? I know just a drilled hole will do. Didn’t find anything online .

I just checked McMaster. They have manual style knockout punches but I didn't see one with that hole shape. I'm sure someone here knows what electrical source has that shape.

I spoke to a local guy who owns a fabrication shop and he said he can probably do it with a CNC machine. However- it seems like there should be a knockout that's available. The guy across the road from my shop is a commercial electrician- I'll ask him tomorrow.....

Yup, I'm used to looking to the far right for prices on that website. Oh well, I tried.

If you're only doing one or two holes, mark it with a scribe, drill out what you can with an undersized drill, and use a small hand file to finish it. 15 minutes for a hole, at most. You don't get to buy neat tools, but you can do that for something else.

Man Alive! I never thought you could get gold hard enough to make a punch!

Here’s the finished product. I used an extra wiper motor cover for four auxiliary Lucas switches and two 2” gauges. For the “D” style profile a local machine shop used an end mill.
