I think I used both, but don't recall too well. It's possible that you are leaking from the bolts and/or the drain plug. I think my T-case cover is weeping somewhere still, but it fell off the first page...

I agree with Wulf on the Roamer Drive T Case cover. It was cheaper than the NOS original steel part that took ages to even find online. My original steel cover had pinholes in it, too.
